ADMINISTRATION

		ROB MCFADDEN, Headmaster    Headmaster/CEO Rob McFadden received his BS in Psychology from Belmont University, Nashville and his M.Ed in Supervision and Administration from Tennessee State University, Nashville.  For 10 years, Rob McFadden served as a counselor and teacher at the Vanderbilt Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Center.  He has worked in education for 21 years and has been at Benton Hall Academy for over 13 years.
		VERONICA PARADIS, Dean of Students    Veronica Paradis received her BA in English and her MS in Education at Central Connecticut State University.  She has been with Benton Hall Academy since 1982.
		BERNADETTE MCFARLAND, Office Manager    Bernadette McFarland received a BA in Finance and Accounting from University of W. Florida and has been in education for the past 12 years. She has been with Benton Hall since March of 2011.
		DIANE WOOD, Guidance Counselor    Diane Wood received her BA in Psychology from David Lipscomb University, Nashville and her M.Ed in Guidance and Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro.  Ms. Wood has been employed at Benton Hall Academy since 1978
